Our Process

Fineline Kitchen Remodeling's mission is to improve the value of our clients' lives by providing excellent kitchen and bath design concepts, product options produced by the industry's premier manufacturers and artisans, and superior installers. We use a 12-step procedure to ensure that our customers have a smooth kitchen or bathroom makeover. This approach helps the designers, contractors, and other essential members of the team in finishing the remodel on schedule.

We begin with an on-site meeting, during which we discuss your project with you and learn about your aims and vision. This allows us to give well-informed recommendations about how to best satisfy your requirements. We'll also talk about your timeline and budget.

Following that, we'll draft a Design Agreement that outlines the scope of your project. The agreement is signed at this point, and the design cost is collected, which is then applied to your construction contract. We are now prepared to start. Then let the adventure begin!

Our designer will come to your home to verify all of the project's specifications and collect measurements. Following that, you will meet with your design consultant and designer to confirm your vision, scope, budget, and project timeline. Following that, your designer will work together to develop the environment you want, using visual aids like 3D renderings or even our new Virtual Reality experience.

Once the designs are complete, we'll schedule a review meeting with you to go over them thoroughly. There may be only one design review meeting or several, based on the complexity of your project.

You will now have the opportunity to choose several of the most critical details, and we will assist you in doing so. You will choose flooring, fixtures, lighting design, cabinets, and much more at your Selections Meeting. This crucial step assists us in preparing an appropriate estimate.

Before doing any construction on your project, we'll visit with you for a Pre-Construction Meeting to review logistics and expectations. We'll perform a weekly walk-through with you once work has begun, and we'll ask for your input on the progress so far.
